Yang Xiao | 肖旸
Yang Xiao is an undergraduate student in class of 2022, major in Applied Physics, at School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University.
He received the Jiukun Scholarship and Outstanding Academic Achievement Award in his freshman year. In his sophomore year, he entered the Electronic Information Experimental Class. His current research interest is on the design methodology and optimization strategy for three-dimensional heterogeneous integration of carbon-based and silicon-based technology for in-memory computing.
