Xinhang Wu | 吴新航
Xinhang Wu is an undergraduate student (Class of 2022) majoring in Applied Physics at the School of Electronics Engineering and Computer Science, Peking University.
During his undergraduate studies, he has received the Yanchuang Capital Scholarship, the title of “Outstanding Student of Peking University,” and the First Prize in the Beijing Division of the National Undergraduate Mathematics Competition (Non-Mathematics Major, Category A). His current research interests focus on the co-optimization of chip front-end design and three-dimensional integration.
