Liu Jizhe is an associate researcher at the School of Electronics, Peking University.
Dr.Liu's main research areas include the development of EDA tools for three-dimensional digital integrated circuits, the development and application research of TCAD process simulation platforms for three-dimensional interconnects, During his doctoral studies, he mainly focused on radiation-hardened nano-devices. At the Beijing Institute of Applied Physics and Computational Mathematics, he was primarily engaged in the development and application research of TCAD tools and circuit simulation software.
